Move-in Costs
A $350 security deposit, a nonrefundable $20 processing fee, and the first month's rent are required upon signing the month-to-month rental agreement. There also is an optional, refundable deposit of $25 per pool key (2 maximum).
Pet Policy
A total of two dogs or cats is permitted in each Las Lomas apartment. In the Gabrielino and Santiago apartments, cats only are permitted, up to a maximum of two. Residents must sign a pet policy contract upon move-in.
Smoking Policy
Santiago is a smoke-free community. Smoking is prohibited in
the buildings and on the entire site.
Smoking is
prohibited in outdoor areas in Las Lomas and Gabrielino
within 25 feet of residential buildings,
including patios, backyards and balconies.
