
Sixty-eight attached single family townhomes have been constructed in University Hills. ICHA holds a limited maintenance easement over the exterior of the buildings to maintain and repair exterior walls, surfaces and roof areas. The front yard landscaping outside each townhome courtyard is also maintained by ICHA.
In addition to the regular maintenance fees charged to all homeowners in University Hills, townhomes pay additional fees for exterior maintenance and landscaping. See University Hills Fee Schedule.
Exterior maintenance fees are based on a professionally prepared Reserve Report, updated annually, which is available for review at the ICHA Community Development Office.
As attached single family homes, occupants are obligated to abide by all University Hills building and land use conditions. In addition, it is important to note that there is no common insurance in place and homeowners must obtain their own property and liability insurance.
